Downstairs: This 2 bedroom 2 bath modern home is beautifully designed with plenty of amazing ocean, farmland and mountain views. A/C units, plenty of space, LED light colored pool and tub, both heated, are just some of the amenities The home offers plenty of outdoor living and is very well located, close to a world class surf break, La Pastora surf beach. The home also features Starlink Wifi, a new BBQ grill , landscaped atrium, a very well equipped kitchen, accessible from the pool area, and drinkable water available from the home purification system.
Honeymoon Suite: (The private upstairs one bedroom, one bath space is also included at an extra charge.) It has no shared area with the downstairs. If the downstairs only is rented, our caretaker stays in the upstairs. Marco Antonio speaks perfect English and Spanish, is a local resident of Todos Santos, and is a concierge at the fancy nearby hotel, Villa Santa Cruz.
